It’s the first Friday of Lent. I made sure I am conscious with all the intakes I have for the day – no sugar, no meat, no worldly pleasure, no bad temper. Well, it was not that difficult after all. Though, I can still feel the adjustment on my stomach. Can’t really tell if it’s hunger, inflammation, or pain. But when I eat, I feel that a little of food is good enough. I didn’t crave for some, nor being tempted. I just know that the lesser I eat, the better I will feel.

It was a good read. It gave me a better understanding on how to manage intention on fasting and abstinence.
